Thank you for your interest in school shows from All Together Now Entertainment Inc. These concerts are presented in professional theatres and other venues, not in schools themselves. Your group is generally responsible for arranging for your own transportation to and from the theatre and for arriving on time. Please note the following School Show Policies and feel free to contact us should you have any questions or concerns whatsoever. Thanks!

Important: These policies are subject to change. The policy sheet that accompanies your signed confirmation has the final policies applicable to your show.

1. ALL PAYMENTS made payable and mailed to All Together Now Entertainment by cheque, should be received no later than 2 weeks prior to performance.
   
2. ANY ADDITIONS to your booking depend on available seats and should be made as soon as possible.
   
3. REDUCTIONS to your booking: Please issue your permissions forms early enough so that you may contact us with any reductions in your numbers by 21 days prior to the performance. Reductions may not exceed 15% of your original booking. We appreciate your cooperation.
   
4. TOTAL CANCELLATION of a booking must be made at least 60 days prior to the performance to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking.
   
5. DAY OF THE PERFORMANCE: we allow a maximum number of absentees equal to 5% of your booking. We will issue your group a refund cheque upon written request.
   
6. BUSES: Please ensure the bus company has the Theatre address, not our company address. Please ensure that they have allowed adequate time to load and unload the children, for traffic, weather and for a show length of 55-60 minutes. Please do not plan to leave a performance early in order to catch a bus.
   
7. TEACHERS and CHAPERONES are offered free tickets at the rate of one free ticket per 10 paid student tickets. Any additional teachers, parents or chaperones beyond this number will require a paid ticket.
   
8. EXTRA CHAPERONES: Should extra parents wish to join, they must make this request with your group not our office. If we have availability and you are comfortable with extra parents, we will gladly add them to your booking.
   
9. TWO SHOW DISCOUNT: Occassionally, we offer discounts for attending two different shows (for example GoldiRocks and JiggaJump) in a given school year. In such cases, the discount is issued as a rebate after your school has attended the second show.
